NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor has called a Special Meeting of the Village Council for the purpose of discussing and taking action on amendments to the agreements related to the Miami Shores Country Club operations.

PURPOSE OF MEETING:
The Special Meeting is being called to discuss and consider the following:

• Authorization of a two-week extension of the existing Professional Course Management contract, extending the current performance deadline from May 1, 2026, to May 15, 2026;
• Amendment of the commencement date of the Kemper Sports contract to May 15, 2026;
