 The Special Meeting is being called to discuss and consider the following:  Authorization of a two-week extension of the existing Professional Course Management contract, extending the current performance deadline from May 1, 2026, to May 15, 2026;  Amendment of the commencement date of the Kemper Sports contract to May 15, 2026;
