• $50.00 for a Standard search (responses usually within 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS)
• $150.00 for an Expedited search (responses usually within 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS)

You will receive an email confirmation of payment at the time of submission of the request. The portal will forward your request to the appropriate staff. For any submissions received after 5:00 PM EST or over weekends and holidays, the processing timeline will begin as of the Next Business Day.

PLEASE NOTE: All lien search requests are processed in the order in which they are received via our online portal. Response turnaround times will depend upon the volume of requests received.

Important Information: If within 24 hours of submitting your standard lien search request you decide you need to upgrade to Expedited, simply make a second payment for the difference only and we will alert staff to the status change.
