• $50.00 for a Standard search (responses usually within 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS)

• $150.00 for an Expedited search (responses usually within 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS)

For any submissions received after 5:00 PM EST or over weekends and holidays, the processing timeline will begin as of the Next Business Day.

As our offices will be closed on Monday, September 7th for the Labor Day holiday. Please plan your submissions accordingly.  

• All lien search requests are processed in the order in which they are received via our online portal.

• Response turnaround times will depend upon the volume of requests received.

• You will receive an email confirmation of payment at the time of submission of your request.

• The Village will also receive notification of your lien search request which will be forwarded to the appropriate departments to initiate research on the property in question..

Important Information: If within 24 hours of submitting your Standard lien search request you decide you need to upgrade to Expedited, simply make a second payment for the difference only and we will alert staff to the status change.
