The TEEN Art Force at the Museum of Contemporary Art and Brockway Memorial Library present:  MOCA at the Library with professional artist and educator, Melanie Oliva. The MOCA at the Library program is a 16-week series of FREE after-school contemporary art classes on Tuesdays for TEENS and TWEENS ages 11-17 held at Brockway Library.
