NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO IMPOSE AND PROVIDE FOR COLLECTION OF SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL IN MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE.

The public hearings will be held by Village Council at Village Hall located at 10050 Northeast 2nd Avenue, Miami Shores Village, Florida 33138, on Monday, September 15 at 10:00 am or as soon as practicable thereafter, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the proposed non-ad valorem assessment. All affected property owners  have a right to appear at the hearing and to file written objections with the Village Council within 20 days of this notice.
