As part the Village Council’s ongoing commitment to effective governance, the upcoming Board & Committee Review (Part 2) session, which will be held on May 29,  will provide a review of our various boards and committees. During this session, the Council will:

• Examine the structure, responsibilities, meeting frequency, and purpose of each board and committee.
• Discuss any opportunities for improved alignment with Village priorities.
• Provide directives to staff, if any, regarding modifications to the governing documents by way of consensus.

The following boards and committees will be reviewed on May 29  at 6PM (Council Chambers):

• Country Club Advisory Board
• Doctors Charter School Board
• Library Board of Trustees
• Personnel Appeals Board
• Recreation Advisory Committee
