MyMSV

Welcome to MyMSV

MyMSV is Miami Shores Village’s online request tracking system for non-emergency Village service requests. Residents can use MyMSV to submit requests, provide details, upload photos when available, and track the status of submitted requests.

For Emergencies, Call 911

MyMSV is not for emergencies and is not a substitute for immediate emergency response.

For emergencies, crimes in progress, immediate threats to life or safety, injuries, active roadway hazards, or situations requiring immediate response, call 911.

For non-emergency police assistance, please call the Miami Shores Police Department at 305.759.2468.

What You Can Do with MyMSV

Submit a Request

Report non-emergency Village service requests such as Code Compliance concerns, Public Works issues, Parks and Recreation maintenance concerns, sanitation-related reports, and other Village service needs.

Track Your Request

MyMSV requires users to register with a valid email address. Registration allows requestors to submit information, receive updates, and track the status of their requests.

View Request Activity

Residents may be able to view certain public request activity through the MyMSV portal. Some information may be limited, withheld, or redacted when required or allowed by law.

Code Compliance Notice

Florida law requires individuals reporting a potential Code Compliance violation to provide their complete name and address before a code investigation can occur.

For regular Code Compliance complaints that are not public safety concerns or emergencies, requestors must provide:

  • Complete name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Valid email address
  • Location of the issue being reported
  • Description of the issue being reported
  • Photos or supporting information, if available

Phone number and email address help Miami Shores Village contact the requestor if additional information is needed and allow the requestor to track the request through MyMSV.

Public Safety and Access Concerns

Some reported conditions may involve public safety or access concerns. These may include blocked access, blocked sidewalks, blocked public right-of-way, blocked traffic visibility, blocked signage, roadway hazards, or similar immediate safety concerns.

These types of reports may be reviewed when the condition appears to present an imminent threat to public health, safety, or welfare.

If the situation is happening now, involves immediate danger, or requires urgent police, medical, or emergency response, call 911. For non-emergency police assistance, call 305.759.2468.

Public Records Notice

Information submitted to Miami Shores Village through MyMSV may be a public record and may be subject to disclosure under Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, unless an exemption applies under Florida law. Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the Village to review your request.
